This light and elegant wine displays a pale straw colour with fine beads when poured into a glass. On the bouquet, this sparkling wine exudes crisp aromas of green apple with a touch of toast. The palate is fine and refreshing with crisp natural acids and persistent bubbles. It is an excellent white best served as an aperitif, but tastes good with light dishes as well.
