Tomfoolery wines are made with old-world simplicity in a new world of wine. The style of the wines is aromatic, floral and structured with many layers of depth and intensity. A minimalistic approach incorporating a mix of traditional and modern techniques which includes indigenous yeast fermentation, whole bunch, basket pressing, spontaneous secondary fermentation and no filtration or fining.
