Tasting Notes: Creamy, rich, sweet and fresh, with citrus and dried fruites notes. Honey dried fruit, figs with a spicy finish.
Winemaking: Grapes are dried for two months before pressing. The must is fermented and aged for at least 3 years in typical wood barrels called "caratelli".
Fermentation is extremely long and slow and allows the wine to get its characteristic luxurious palate.
