This delicately crafted âMĂ©thode Traditionelleâ CuvĂ©e has gone through secondary ferment in bottle, hand riddled and disgorged after a minimum of five years on yeast lees. With a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, this wine has wonderful toasty brioche aromas enhanced by green fruits and zesty citrus. The palate has a harmonious balance of orange blossom, biscotti and green apple that complement the slaty, driving minerality balanced perfectly with an elegant creamy finish.
