This Classic Bitters is based on our own aged Rums, which are infused with a suite of spices and herbs to create an alluring, aromatic, exotic potion. This has a strong, hard-spice characters ā cacao, quassia, pimento, pepper, gentian root and dried orange. Add it to everything from mineral water to a special Red Mill cocktail.
