The Little Reddie Rosato is a delicious mƩlange of black and white grapes from the Igneous vineyard in Leanganook and the Dash Farms vineyard in Faraday. Both sites are high up on granite, so this is a true wine of the hills. Pat picked his Chardonnay first, followed by Shiraz, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and, finally, Cabernet Sauvignon. Each variety ferments separately in a range of vessels with varying times on skins. The different pick times, along with this range of ferment methods, make for a textural, flavoursome and fresh rosato, perfect with food and friends.
