Les Cortis Vin de France Gastine Rouge 2021

Les Cortis Vin de France Gastine Rouge 2021

Jérémy and Isabelle Decoster Coiffier worked for a number of years for a couple of renowned natural wine farmers in Chablis, but in 2016 they started their own domaine in Bugey, under the name Les Cortis. The couple has 6 hectares of vineyards planted primarily with Mondeuse, Chardonnay, Gamay and Altesse, but also a little Chasselas, Corbeau and Pinot Noir.

The fields are being converted to biodynamics, and vinification is done as naturally as possible.

Macerated for 3 days with whole bunches. Light, delicate berry fruit paired with great ripeness. Drink chilled, preferably with both hands.
