Still juvenile, the wine is still tightly coiled on the palate. There is a juiciness from the primary fruit exhibited as plum, rhubarb, and wild mulberries. There is a savoury edge with the tannin and acid giving a tactile influence on the palate and lending drive and length to the wine. The tannins are varietally Cabernet yet fine and controlled to enhance the palate.
