Malbec was picked from our original Wilyabrup site and on the Karridale site. A parcel of Tempranillo was picked on the Karridale site. Both vineyards are sustainably farmed following organic principles.
Vivid purple/red in colour. The wine has a fragrant bouquet of Morello cherries, raspberries, damsons & ripe mulberries, with suggestions of dark chocolate, coffee & vanilla. Bold flavours of chocolate orange, blackberry & sarsparilla are tempered with pleasantly bitter cherry notes & tart raspberry acidity.
Engaging & versatile. Excellent with pizza or lamb with lentil salad & garlic yoghurt.
