Production area: Barolo and Vergne, from the high hills of Castiglione Tinella (CN). Vineyards with an average age of 35 years.

Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature according to the Charmat Method. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.

Description: bright straw yellow in colour, it has intense aromas of fresh grapes, peach and white flowers. In the mouth it has a fine perlage that never overpowers the finish of a wine which is typically sweet.

Recommended pairings: traditionally considered as a dessert wine, especially with leavened desserts such as the typical Christmas and Easter ones. Also suitable as an aperitif, with lobster or to accompany Chinese dishes.
