The vines are between 25 and 35 years old and yield rought 45hl/ha. 100% selective hand harvest. The musts are fermented and the wines matured in stainless steel vats. This is a Riesling with spicy ripeness and intense fruit. It's very complex with a wonderful balance between ripe fruit sweetness and classy acidity.
