Then more mint and more menthol and more eucalypt slips by. A rounded palate of blackberries and dark forest fruits. Then drying tannins catwalk through, as if by three or four gear changes. This textural effect makes it a complete and satisfying red wine: plush enough with all those blackberry fruits; yet stern enough with Cabernetās tannins bringing that certain kind of unseen formality.
