Chateau de Laubade Bas Armagnac Vintage 1979 40% 700ML

Chateau de Laubade Bas Armagnac Vintage 1979 40% 700ML is a distinguished vintage Armagnac produced at ChĆ¢teau de Laubade, an estate established in 1870 in the heart of the prestigious Bas Armagnac appellation. Recognized as one of the leading Armagnac producers, the estate spans 105 hectares of single vineyard and is now managed by the third generation of the family, continuing its pursuit of excellence. Crafted from the estate’s own grapes using the traditional varieties Ugni-Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard, and Baco, this Armagnac is entirely ā€œhome-made,ā€ with each grape variety distilled separately to preserve its unique character. ChĆ¢teau de Laubade is also renowned for coopering its own Gascony oak casks, ensuring exceptional maturation and complete traceability of its eaux-de-vie. Each vintage blend is unique, with older vintages carefully stored in glass ā€œdames-jeannesā€ for slow and controlled ageing, while the oldest collection rests in the estate’s famed cellar known as ā€œLe Paradis.ā€
