Bandini Prosecco NV

This is a great example of an easy-drinking, sophisticated, lightly sparkling wine. The palate is fresh and light with good acid balance and a creamy, harmonious mouth feel finishing with pleasing persistence. An expression of frothy, crunchy spritz; yet gentle and suitable enough to grace any table as an aperitif, but also with light seafood dishes including fish carpaccio, prawns and clam risotto. The bouquet is delicate and complex with fruity notes of peach and green apple and secondary notes of acacia and wisteria.
